It works just the same, comes in blister pacs which are much easier to open than the original Prilosec pac (I got the tablets, not the capsules, the choice is yours). It looks suspicious, and some of the packs look as if they had been crushed. The pills do not look like the normal Prilosec pills. I decided not to risk it and disposed of the pills.
