It tastes good, and I actually look forward to the little ritual of tearing open the package each morning, and perhaps helping the creaky old bod out just a bit. The only minor complaint would be that a few of the packets so far have had air pockets instead of a full measure of product. Since it ain't exactly cheap, perhaps their quality control could be a stepped uup a tad. Seems like a good product, however, and a pleasant change from just popping a pill. There's also a possibility of a free box with additional purchases and mailing in proof-of-purchases. However, I have hated the taste and smell of edible fish since I was a child. Needless to say I haven't consumed much of it other than what they "made me eat" in my early childhood. Taking a supplement has become a necessity for me due to a certain health condition. I balked at the thought of ingesting anything related to fish! This product is the PERFECT SOLUTION for me. IT HAS NO FISH TASTE OR SMELL AT ALL and there are no side effects such as those people complain about with other supplements (fish burps, etc YUCK!) I mix it with yogurt or take it by itself. I wouldn't recommend putting the packet in your mouth like the lady in the video review did. When I tried it I almost got a cut on the side of my lips, something like a paper cut. I have only tried the orange flavored product but I'm a truly satisfied consumer, and you can take it from a life-long fish hater! This is an easy way to do it as it can be mixed with different foods and is a relatively small but effective dose. My reason for not giving it 5 stars is the taste while tolerable isn't the greatest and I probably feel that if you can find a pill form of omega 3 that provides the same amount of the fatty acids I'd prefer to take that.
