Comment: These sun glasses are ...just OAKLEY. In fact they are more than that because they join the quality lenses with the Motorola technology... Totally recommended

Summary: Awesome shades!
Comment: I love my new bluetooth enabled phone so I had, had, had to get the bluetooth sunglasses. They're Oakley, so you know they're fabulous but the little bluetooth accessory attached makes them really stand apart from anything else out there.

Summary: Cooler than cool
Comment: I'm a pretty extreme guy. I rock climb, motocross, parasail, bungee jump, sky dive, and do just about everything else that could be called extreme. Most of the time I'm wearing my Oakleys while doing these extreme things, because I am also very cool.

I am so cool that I will even make calls on my RAZR cell phone while rock climbing, sky diving, or kickboxing. Thanks to bluetooth technology, however, I can make my calls on a wireless headset that not only looks cool, but provides me clear reception from up to 30 ft away from the handset.

When I saw these Bluetooth RAZRWIRE Oakley Sunglasses, I thought to myself, that is way cool, and I immediately ordered myself a pair. As everybody knows, Oakleys have "Plutonite" lenses with "XYZ optics" that block UVA, UVB, and UVC rays while meeting ANSI Z87.1 standards for impact protection. That's pretty cool. As if that weren't enough, the frames are made of "O-luminum"--which the English would no doubt pronounce "Oh-loo-MIN-ee-um" and I would too, as it is a much cooler pronunciation--with nosebombs and earsocks made of pure "unobtainium", a "supple yet durable hydrocarbon polymer." Now take all that and add to it a Motorola headset incorporating third-generation Bluetooth technology that supports Bluetooth RF protocols 1.1 and 1.2, and Bluetooth Sniff Mode technology to increase battery life for more than 5 hours of continuous talk time and standby time of up to approximately 100 hours, and now you really have something to write home about.

But the real reason I bought these was to recreate the scene introducing the real Ethan Hunt as played by Tom Cruise in "Mission Impossible 2" or Mi2. That's the scene where Ethan is climbing up the rock face when a helicopter drops off a package. Ethan reaches the summit, opens the package, pulls out a pair of sunglasses, puts them on, and then gets his mission briefing, with full audio and visuals, from the glasses. After the briefing, he tosses away the glasses which explode in mid-air and cue the opening titles. How cool was that!

I figured I could at least partially recreate that scene by asking a friend to call me on the RAZRWIRE, say the mission briefing lines from Mi2, "Your mission, should you choose to accept it,..." and then at the end, I would toss away my RAZRWIREs as they exploded in mid-air. Yeah! I had to play around a bit to find the right length of fuse to time the explosion with my friend's line reading, but once I got it, I taped a Red Devil M-1000 firecracker to my RAZRWIREs, lit the fuse, got my mission briefing, and then tossed my RAZRWIREs nonchalantly into the air.

Well, actually, my timing was off and the M-1000 exploded next to my head. I don't remember it exploding; I just remember waking up in the hospital with my head wrapped in bandages and a pounding headache. Turns out I lost my right eye, hearing in my right ear, the whole ear itself, and suffered some temporary paralysis, but the RAZRWIREs were fine--barely scratched. Let this be a lesson to all you kids out there who think recreating movie scenes is cool. It is, but make sure your equipment will actually explode like it's supposed to and is not made of nearly indestructible Plutonite or O-luminum.
