Comment: I began my experimentation with other Bare Escentuals product with a jar of True Gold Glimmer. This stuff is fantastic! It's subtle enough for me to be able to wear it for a casual daytime look, and it's dressy and sophisticated to glam up a night out.
I also believe that this little jar will last for quite a while. I take it out of my makeup bag, and I use a dab of the thin film that has formed on the inside of the lid. I have used this eyeshadow for nearly every day since I bought it in the beginning of the summer, and it doesn't look as if I've put a dent in it at all. In this manner, the Glimmer is similar to MAC Pigments (I have several jars of those - still going strong after 5 years!).

Comment: What I like the most about this the shades can be used for a variety of purposes, and at different intensities. I have used some of these shades from everything to eye shadow, eye liner, and even as a dusting powder on a special night out. Summer and Sunshine have been my favorite shades, as you can pair them up with most any other color.
To use as an eye shadow you can just layer this on to get the intensity that you like. As an eye liner dampen a small narrow brush, and paint on your liner. I have used this as a dusting powder by simply taking a big fluffy brush and dusting on my shoulders and cheeks.
These are great colors that have shimmer without looking cheap or unappealing. You can use these as pigments and use them for a variety purposes by just changing how you use them. These would be a great addition to your make up collection.

Comment: Pretty, pretty, pretty!!! Love this eyeshadow! Such a pretty shimmer that makes my eyes sparkle! I only bought one shade, Nude Beach, and wish I had bought more!
