Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes is fairly long lasting, but not as good as Bobbi Brown's Long Wear Gel eyeliner.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible allergic reaction to it. Within 10-15 minutes of putting it on, my eyes started to water and became red, itchy, and swollen. I'd strongly suggest going to a place like Sephora and trying it first. I've used it a couple of times to line my waterline and it went on really smoothly and stayed put for hours and hours. It's a really great color, just not something I can wear to work, but it's definitely fun and I'm sure I can find another color of it that would be better for me to wear to the office!
