Comment: ISBN 9780761149507 - I love cats, have a bunch of them. I like amusing calendars, too. So neither of those work as reasons for why I don't like this calendar much. It is what it claims to be - it is also NOT what it goes out of its way to NOT claim to be. Got that? No, I didn't think so. Let me explain. On the box, there's the adorable semi-regal cat in her finery, in full color. There's a second, smaller image, as well - in full color. The box, however, makes no mention of "full color photos". Nor does it mention black and white photos. You have to buy it to find out and, if you're like me, you won't be thrilled.
Inside? Cheapskate Workman Publishing brings you... black and white photos. Are they cute? They're cats, of course they're cute. Are they funny? Some are, some are kind of eh. But that's not the point. The photos are nowhere near as attractive as they ought to be, because they often look washed out. I buy a page-a-day calendar (not to confused with the brand Page-A-Day) every year and, for less than the price of this one, get 365 full color photos, some of them so good that tearing them off seems a shame and some never make it into the garbage - they're too good for that! This year, I'm not too reluctant to peel off yet another black and white photo and throw it in the trash. Boo hiss to Page-A-Day this year.

Summary: Great calendar for kitty-kat lovers !!
Comment: I love kitty-kats..... and my wife loves this calendar...so do I. But I like the "Bad Cat" calendar better ! There are all sorts of 'criminal' kittees there who have amazingly human-type traits ! I recognize myself in many of those kitty statements ! A real FUN calendar !

Comment: The Bad Cat Calendar has been one of my favorite Christmas gifts to give for several years now. I give it to all the cat lovers in the family. It's fun watching them open their calendars and immediately start thumbing through the calendar looking for the naughtiest and funniest cats!! I'm the Bad Aunt so it's a purrfect bad gift!!!!
